Fixed coupon · two separate thresholds

Temu coupon minimum order calculator

Find the eligible subtotal needed before a fixed discount so the coupon can reach its own threshold and the remaining amount can still reach the order minimum.

No universal minimum is assumed. Copy the amounts shown in the promotion and checkout for your account and market.

The rule that changes the cart target

Coupon threshold and order minimum are not the same check

Temu's official support explains that the coupon-use threshold and the minimum needed to place an order are separate requirements. After a fixed coupon is deducted, the remaining eligible amount still needs to reach the order minimum shown for that checkout.

Check 1

Reach the coupon threshold

Use the qualifying subtotal and threshold attached to the specific coupon. Do not copy a number from another account or market.

Check 2

Leave enough after the discount

For a fixed discount, add that discount to the displayed order minimum to estimate the required pre-discount subtotal.

Use the higher amount

max(threshold, minimum + discount)

That is the calculator's required pre-discount subtotal. It is an arithmetic check, not a promise that the coupon will apply.

Temu's published illustration

Temu gives an example with a “spend $10, save $1” coupon and a separate $30 order minimum: the item subtotal must be $31 so that $30 remains after the discount. Those figures are an example, not universal requirements.

Browser-only calculator

How much eligible subtotal is required?

Enter the fixed coupon and both displayed requirements. The tool computes the target, current shortfall, post-discount subtotal, and a pass/fail result without sending the values anywhere.

Enter the amounts shown for your offer

Use one currency consistently and complete every field. Enter 0 when a requirement is not shown. The amounts stay in this browser and are not sent or saved; DealRadar may count only an aggregate result state.

Eligible subtotal required by the specific coupon. Enter 0 if none is shown.

The fixed amount the coupon says it will subtract.

The separate minimum needed to place the order. Do not assume a universal amount.

Use the eligible item subtotal before the fixed coupon discount.

The $10 coupon threshold, $1 discount, and $30 order minimum belong only to Temu's published example. They are not universal or current requirements for every account, market, or promotion.

Enter four valid amounts to calculate the required subtotal.

Local estimate

Required subtotal before the fixed discount

The estimate uses the higher of the coupon-use threshold and the order minimum plus the fixed discount.

Complete all four fields

Use 0.00 when a threshold or minimum is not shown. Invalid, missing, or over-limit values are never replaced silently.

Use the result without overbuying

Check which items qualify

A cart total can differ from the eligible subtotal. Confirm product exclusions and the exact promotion line before paying.

Do not chase a discount

If the shortfall is larger than products you already need, compare the cart without the coupon. Spending more is not automatically saving more.

Let checkout prove it

Coupon minimum order FAQ

How do I calculate the subtotal needed for a fixed coupon?

Use the higher of the coupon-use threshold and the order minimum plus the fixed coupon discount. For example, if the order minimum is 30 and the fixed discount is 1, the pre-discount eligible subtotal needs to be at least 31 for 30 to remain after the discount. Use the actual amounts displayed for your promotion and checkout.

Are the coupon threshold and order minimum the same requirement?

No. Temu's official support explains that the coupon-use threshold and the minimum required to place an order are separate. The eligible subtotal must reach the coupon threshold, and the amount remaining after the fixed discount must still reach the displayed order minimum.

Does Temu always have a 30 order minimum?

No universal minimum is assumed here. The 30 amount is part of Temu's published illustration; requirements can differ by account, market, promotion, and checkout. Use the minimum actually displayed to you.

Does this calculator guarantee that my coupon will apply?

No. It is a local arithmetic check for one fixed-amount coupon. It cannot see your account, determine which items qualify, interpret promotion-specific rules, or replace the live checkout result.

Does DealRadar store the amounts I enter?

No. The calculator runs in your browser. DealRadar records only an aggregate result state such as ready or needs more, without the coupon, minimum, subtotal, or shortfall amounts.
