# DealRadar Finds production SOP

## Daily output target

Minimum viable cadence:

- 3 videos per day.
- Same concept can be adapted across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- Publish for 14 days before judging the channel.

Aggressive cadence:

- 5 videos per day.
- 2 product-find videos.
- 2 checklist/trust videos.
- 1 remake of a previous hook.

## Video structure

Length:

- 18-32 seconds.
- No intro animation.
- No brand explanation before the hook.

Structure:

1. Hook, 0-2 seconds.
2. Product/use case, 2-12 seconds.
3. Buying check, 12-22 seconds.
4. CTA, final 2-4 seconds.

CTA options:

- "Coupon check is in bio."
- "Check final price before buying."
- "Link has the buying checklist."
- "Do the coupon-first check before opening the product."

## Visual recipe

Use one of these per video:

- Product listing screen recording with zoomed text overlays.
- Simple desk/kitchen/car B-roll plus product screenshots.
- Face-free product explainer with captions.
- Split screen: "looks useful" versus "check this first".
- Checklist overlay with 3 items.

Avoid:

- Long talking-head intros.
- Stock footage that does not show the product/use case.
- Overpromising the discount.
- Saying "best", "guaranteed", or "limited-time" unless verified.

## Editing template

Text overlay 1:

`Before you buy this Temu find...`

Text overlay 2:

`Check: size / reviews / final price`

Text overlay 3:

`Coupon-first link in bio`

Caption ending:

`#ad #affiliate Prices and coupon eligibility can change inside Temu. Check final price before buying.`

## Production batching

Batch 1: research

- Pick 9 video ids from `/creator-kit`.
- Open each product landing.
- Confirm the product category still makes sense.
- Save 3-5 screenshots per product.

Batch 2: recording

- Record 9 raw clips in one session.
- Keep each raw clip under 45 seconds.
- Do not edit while recording.

Batch 3: editing

- Use the same caption style.
- Use 3 text overlays max.
- Add the shortlink in the internal tracking sheet.
- Export in 1080x1920.

Batch 4: publishing

- Publish 3 per day.
- Do not publish all variants at the same hour.
- Rotate categories so the account does not look spammy.

## Metrics review

After 24 hours:

- Mark videos with high views but low clicks as "curiosity only".
- Mark videos with low views but high saves as "rewrite hook".
- Mark videos with profile/site clicks as "clone".

Clone rule:

If a video gets meaningful `/go` clicks, produce 5 variants:

- Same product, different hook.
- Same hook, different product.
- Same category, checklist angle.
- Same category, "skip if" angle.
- Same category, "under $X" angle.

## Weekly decision

After 7 days:

- Kill the bottom 30% of topics.
- Keep the top 20% of hooks.
- Turn the top 3 categories into dedicated landing pages.
- Send the partner kit to Temu/Jenny if not already sent.

After 14 days:

- Pick one hero niche.
- Publish 70% in that niche for the next 7 days.
- Keep 30% as exploratory tests.

## Hero niches to test first

Priority order:

1. Creator setup.
2. Home organization.
3. Kitchen tools.
4. Car accessories.
5. Pet cleanup/travel.

Reason:

These are adult, visual, low-explanation, low-risk categories with clear buying checks.
